The Human Resources practice within Surje & Company works with clients in a number of capacities where the human element plays a key role to the success of the company or initiative. The work we do ranges through common focus areas such as policies and procedures redesign, new initiative roll-out and compensation models to complex undertakings such as organizational restructuring or the people aspect of mergers and acquisitions.

A key component of the work we do in the Human Resources practice is our belief in the value of diversity within the workplace.
